Pure Snow is the Nigori selection of the Pure Series. It is an unfiltered sake – to preserve the essence of the rice. Serve chilled, shake before pouring, and refrigerate after opening. Serve as an aperitif or as a complement to a wide variety of meats and spicy foods.
