This Bordeaux-style blend is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. It is smooth, round and soft, with notes characterized by toasted oak, currant and black cherry. The finish delivers a flourish of mocha and coffee. The wine’s seductive harmony makes it the ideal accompaniment for beef, duck, pheasant and other game birds that can stand up to the boldness of its character. These dishes work best with the wine when prepared with sweet sauces that incorporate dense, sweet flavors, such as raisin, as well as those with rich, earthy aromas like mushroom.

Careful selection in the vineyard and picking by hand give us the very best grapes which have been vigilantly nurtured throughout the entire growing season. Aging for 14 months in new French oak barrels developed this into a premium wine of complexity and finesse.
