Tasting notes

Pale gold in colour with a lovely youthful glint, the mousse of AYALA's Blanc de Blancs is superb as is it's distinguished necklaces of bubbles. The nose is intense and expressive with notes of ripe citrus, pineapple and white flowers. The palate is is very fresh and pure, intense and beautifully structured, with a creamy texture, all leading to a pleasant and long finish. The even structure of the blend ensures a very pleasant finish on the palate. Blanc de Blancs is a light and elegant cuvee which beautifully harmonizes intense character and a delicate youthful touch.

Very seductive as an aperitif, the Blanc de Blancs is equally divine with coquilles Saint Jacques or a braised turbot with truffles. It even pairs well with a crunchy dessert prepared with aniseed pears. AYALA Blanc de Blancs is a wonderful delight for wine lovers.
