planetofwine.com takes great care in storing our wine. Although we take great care in the shipping of our wine through Fedex we cannot guarantee conditions after leaving our care. Also note, as with buying wine at a Brick and Mortar Store if there is a problem with the quality of the wine, the return of the damaged/corked bottles will be needed. We will do anything possible to make your wine buying experience the best, if your wine does not arrive in good condition please contact us for instructions.
There is a 15% restock fee for any returned wine. There is never a refund for shipping.
